After 9 years and 8 months at IHeartMedia in Seattle, In 2012 I decided to try something new.  With a few past co-workers already in Las Vegas, along with my sister already in Southern Nevada, I packed a truck and headed towards the desert.

In just short of a decade working in radio in the Emerald City, I started as a promotion and marketing intern at Kube 93.3fm.  In 2008, I mixed records nightly Monday through Friday during the "Mixtape at 8" with host Eddie Francis.  I worked as remote broadcast engineer for the cluster of stations in the building, as well as stuck around in the evenings in engineering watching the tower meters and made sure the automated emergency alert system audio played on time.

With dreams of taking my DJ career to the next level, it wasn't long before Las Vegas became my home.  I found love and passion for this community and it has become much more than a business opportunity.  I'm currently studying at UNLV finishing my B.A. in Broadcast Journalism, working with local nonprofit organizations, and continuing to explore the world around me.
